RMN/RNLD/RGN Nurse Opportunities. 

Hours: Flexible working patterns 

Location's: Covering Cardiff, Ebbw Vale, RCT and Newport

Pay: £23.00 to £35.00 Per Hour dependant on experience.

The Role:

The main role of an RMN/RNLD/RGM is to plan and provide support, along with medical and nursing care.

• Assessing the patients on admission, as well as on a regular basis throughout.
• Developing care plans of nursing care requirements and treatments.
• Building trust and therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Administering medication as prescribed by the doctors.
• Monitoring physical health and wellbeing, and progress of patients.
• Writing and updating patient records.
• Assessing treatment success at case conferences and meetings.
• Ensuring correct documentation of patient care and all other legal documentation are in order.
• Giving advice and arranging support for patients and their relatives, carers, and visitors.
• Liaising with doctors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide professional and clinical leadership, support and guidance, ensuring the planning and delivery of care is safe and effective.
• Ability to delegate and plan your workload well.
• Working in accordance to the NMC code of professional conduct and relevant professional guidelines.
• Have effective communication and uphold the highest standard of care at all times.
  

Requirements:

• You must have an active pin
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to be adaptable to situations that may arise.
• Minimum of one year's nursing experience.
• Experience of shift leading is desirable although not essential.
