Test Analyst
Test Analyst – Harrogate – Up to £30k + Benefits
This advanced and rapidly growing company are looking to add a Test Analyst to their Software delivery team based in Harrogate. The Tester will have experience in the whole testing lifecycle as well as involvement in testing a variety of applications. You will be joining a face paced environment and will have to work to deadlines as a team.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this Test Analyst role. The role requires the analysing and testing of modifications to systems software through manual testing. The ideal candidate will have experience testing mobile applications and any professional certifications (e.g. ISTQB) would be beneficial. Experience as part of an agile team is required for this role.
Essential Experience: - 2 years’ experience
- An ability to write comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and defect reports.
- The ability to communicate test results.
- An understanding of different testing techniques e.g. integration testing, load testing, regression testing, smoke testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Testing of web and mobile applications
- Any experience of automation testing would be beneficial.
