Job description

Healthcare Assistant
Duties:
- Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assisting with mobility and transfers of service users
- Monitoring and reporting changes in service users' condition to healthcare professionals
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding for patients who require assistance
- Providing emotional support and companionship to service users
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Empathy and compassion towards service users
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
