Commercial Solicitor

2+ PQE

Cardiff

TIER ONE TEAM

This well established, fantastic firm based in the centre of Cardiff are welcoming applications from Commercial Solicitors with broad reaching experience. They are known as one of the largest full service law firms outside of London.

The team are specifically tier one, this is in reflection of the outstanding advise that they give to their top tier standard Commercial client base. The team acts for a range of sectors including local authorities, education providers, technology clients and government clients.

In this role there would be a real mix of public and private sector work. Examples of matters include:

• Commercial Contracts
• Public procurement
• Due diligence
• Small amount of client support

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Excellent attention to detail, drafting and communication skills
• The ability to manage a varied case load
• Experience of providing legal advice to senior executives
• Great general commercial experience including services and supply contracts, manufacturing, distribution, technology contracts
• Experience or interest in telecoms, data protection, public procurement are desirable
