YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

• You will lead a group of backendfocused Software Engineers who work in different crossfunctional teams of our cloudbased ERP software Magicline
• You will drive customer satisfaction and company revenue by ensuring the release of topquality and efficient software applications
• You foster a culture of innovation collaboration and high operational efficiency to meet company objectives
• Your are responsible to drive the strategic direction of software development projects
• You work effectively with your direct reports to identify their strengths weaknesses and career aspirations; develop action plans to address these areas and foster the growth of each team member
• You will balance individual team members growth with the strategic direction of software development projects

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in software development preferably in the context of SaaS platforms and/or startup environments.
• You have handson experience in software development with focus on the Java tech stack (Spring Hibernate AWS)
• You have a proven track record of successfully leading crossfunctional teams
• You have demonstrated experience in managing developing and expanding engineering teams
• You are a approachable and empathetic leader with a high level of integrity
• You have experience of working in a fastpaced environment and you feel comfortable in it
• You have already had direct responsibility for R&D projects and have implemented them successfully
• You are always interested in new programming trends enjoy working in a diverse team and communicate fluently in English German is a plus
