Responsible for undertaking investigations and carrying out inspections in a broad range of food premises. Manage a caseload of inspections and other interventions to verify food businesses are meeting food hygiene, food standards and/ or health and safety legal requirements, be a fully authorised officer conversant with the requirements of Food legislation. Undertake reactive visits and proactive food hygiene and food standards inspections of high risk premises, including approved establishments giving priority to Cat A Cat B Cat C preemies as well as unrated food hygiene
