Partnership Engagement Manager

£30,000 - £33,000 per annum 

Full time, Permanent Position

Remote (Homebased) - With Travel around the West Midland s

Tide Partnership is working with a fantastic charity to help appoint a Partnership Engagement Manager within the West Midlands. This is a great opportunity for someone who has prior experience working within the charity sector and a community fundraising role. The charity has deep historical routes with a national presence working with the wider team to achieve the fundraising goals.

This role will require travel around the West of the Midlands as you will be building relationships within the community to maximise the fundraising efforts. The charity offers flexible working hours to suit your day and a great opportunity to build fantastic relationships within the community.

Job Responsibilities 

• Creating relationships within the community setting to help raise money for the organisation.
• Working with already pre-existing events and other fundraising activities present in the area. 
• Liaise with the wider team to maximise fundraising efforts for the organisation.
• Represent the charity within the community
• Leading and motivating team of volunteers on fundraising efforts 

Job Criteria 

• Prior experience working within a Community Fundraising/Partnership/Engagement position.
• Experience working within a team-based setting
• Leading and motivating volunteers
• Working to deadlines and fundraising targets
