TOLATA Solicitor
Location: Bristol
An excellent opportunity to run your own specialist case load of TOLATA matters with a well-established, legal 500 accredited firm based in Bristol.
Within this role you would be managing a case load of both complex and more straightforward litigation matters under the Trusts of Land as well as financial claims under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.
The ideal candidate will be a solicitor at 4+ PQE with experience of TOLATA claims.
