More detail about the role: We are offering an extremely interesting and unique opportunity in the Medical Division working within the Respiratory Medicine Department. We require a high standard of organisational skills and enthusiasm in order to provide an efficient administrative service to support the Interstitial Lung Disease Consultants, Nurses and Admin team. This dynamic role will keep you both challenged and busy. You will be required to work to deadlines in line with Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust targets. You must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills, an ability to use your own initiative and work well under pressure. You will be adaptable, reliable and an excellent team member with good secretarial qualifications and/or experience. Knowledge of working in a hospital environment and medical terminology is desirable. You will be working with a wide range of people and communicating with both patients and staff therefore empathy and patience is essential. We actively encourage you to reach out for an informal chat about the role, or to arrange a visit to the department. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
