Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor looking to join one of the South East's most prestigious, reputable law practices based in Brighton? This legal 500 firm is looking to strengthen its busy and well-established Property Litigation team, with established roots throughout the South East.

The Role

• This role will give you the opportunity to join a department that deals with high-quality work thanks to the reputation of the property team.
• The role will include being able to advise on long leasehold matters and tenancy issues including residential and business tenancies; drafting notices; conducting possession claims and advising on statutory matters affecting all areas of law and leasehold law.
• You will be advising on real estate litigation, professional negligence claims relating to property matters and a general property litigation caseload.

Requirements

• Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive, likely NQ-2yrs PQE, with experience in Property Litigation Law.
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with good communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure and to set deadlines
