Project CAD Manager
Salary: £42,000
Orion is partnered with a well-established business located in Telford, which is recruiting for a Project CAD Manager .
The company manufactures switchgears so the ideal candidate for the role will have a strong knowledge in the design of switchgears and control systems.
Project CAD Manager
- The successful applicant will require a sound knowledge of switchgears
- Must be able to read, interpret & design CAD schematics from customer specifications.
- Customer liaison '' Experience being that key point of contact to a customer throughout a project's journey.
- Strong experience using AutoCAD
- Stakeholder management - Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view.
Project CAD Manager responsibilities:
- Define and maintain all implementation processes, manage implementation lifecycle, co-ordinate documentation when needed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises and escalating appropriately as needed.
- Maintain timelines and target dates in the Project Management Database.
- Organise and facilitate project planning, daily meetings, reviews, retrospectives and client meets.
- Ensure the business is practicing the core principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability and visibility.
- Work well in a team or alone.
