We are looking for a proven sales professional to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, to join our successful award winning Team in Poole.

I am welcoming conversations with experienced Consultants or B2B sales professionals to join us for Quarter 2 2024.

This is exciting time at Wild Recruitment, and our Poole team is a fun and supportive environment with huge longevity in the team.

Brief deception of the role:-

• Managing the full recruitment process from beginning to end.


• Business development to market Wild Recruitment as the recruitment partner of choice in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.


• Supporting candidates with their journey to find their next career step.


• Meet with clients and candidates to understand their needs to support them with their requirements.

• Proven B2B sales experience


• Tenacity to search for new opportunities to place your candidates into


• A team player who enjoys working towards a team effort to support your colleagues
