Our Recruitment Team is expanding - we have an exciting new opportunity to join us at Home Instead as a Recruiter.
This individual will proactively build a pipeline of high quality, engaged Care Professionals whilst maintaining a great candidate experience .
We're looking for someone to work at our East Cheshire office (in Chelford, near Alderley Edge), based between there and Leek , who can explore local opportunities and ensure we are the top employer choice for anyone considering working in care. We will pay you 45p per mile for the travel related to your role.
This position is perfect for someone who is results-driven and can be creative , bringing their own fresh ideas to the table and always thinking about what else we can do to improve.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and retain Care Professionals for the East Cheshire and Leek & Moorlands offices
- Maintain strong communication with other team members such as our Schedulers, to ensure you are always aware of the priority vacancies
- Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns online and within the local community
- Manage a high volume of applications in a time effective manner
- Develop relationships and network within the community
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop Home Instead's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Research, plan and successfully execute regular community events including attending fairs, exhibitions and recruitment events
- Utilise recruitment data to make informed decisions
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities policy, in respect of employment and service delivery
Requirements
- High-volume recruitment experience, ideally within the care sector but other sectors will be considered
- Strong understanding of legislation relating to recruitment including Enhanced DBS checks, referencing and Right to Work checks
- Must be confident and self-motivated, able to come up with new creative ideas to grow our teams of Care Professionals further
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full driver's licence and your own vehicle
- Confident using Indeed, ATS and social media
- Able to manage a high volume of applications, ensuring you deliver feedback in a timely manner and maintain accuracy
- Must be a team player who is self-motivated, results driven and resilient
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent organisational skills
Additional Information
- Based in Chelford, East Cheshire, with regular travel around the East Cheshire and Leek & Moorlands territories (areas such as Macclesfield, Biddulph, Matlock)
- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm , with some flexibility required for various events and to reach candidates out of hours
