This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join Mo-Sys Engineering, a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced camera robotics and virtual production technologies for film, TV, and live broadcast. We are searching for a creative self-starter, with a true passion for digital marketing, and a real knack for content creation.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for workflow planning, strategically shaping and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will be optimising our online presence, fostering brand growth through social media, website management, and email marketing, while embodying a proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative approach.
What you’ll do:
- Track, analyse and report on performance metrics, utilising data to demonstrate measurable growth, provide actionable insights and guide improvements.
- Manage our social media platforms and grow our online presence; create engaging content, increase traffic, enhance visibility and drive engagement.
- Oversee website content, ensuring up-to-date news, events & courses.
- Maintain and develop internal resources, such as our ‘marketing hub’ & SharePoint ‘Content Library.’
- Establish and execute email marketing campaigns, using tools such as ‘MailChimp’.
- Display advertising, search engine optimisation & pay-per-click.
- Work closely with leadership to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Autonomously manage your own schedule, devise and assess KPIs.

Interview Process:
Our interviews are quite informal and conversational and generally are carried out over a 3-stage process. To help us learn more about your workplace behaviours and preferences, you’ll be invited to complete a short Predictive Index (PI) Behavioural and Cognitive Assessment. Depending on the position, you may also be requested to undertake a technical assessment. The final stage normally involves meeting with senior members of the management team in our office in North Greenwich, London.
