Opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a well known business based in Stoke-on-Trent. This role will offer a salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.

Description

Credit Controller responsibilities include:

• Actively chasing debt for allocated customers
• Raising credit notes and invoices
• Resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Dealing with multi-currency ledgers
• Manage all aged debt
• Posting of cash to ledgers
• Supporting other team members
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

Profile

The candidate will have:

• Experience working in a high volume Credit Control role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous knowledge of Navision - Desirable
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
