Our client, renowned in the international culinary scene, is set to launch a high-end restaurant in Central London, featuring live fire cooking. They're looking for an experienced Bar Manager with deep knowledge of cocktails, whiskeys and more who is well connected in London's hospitality scene to lead this exciting new venture from its pre-opening phase through to daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, train, and guide a team dedicated to exceptional bar service and guest experience.
- Utilise your London connections to attract a sophisticated clientele.
- Manage all aspects of the bar's operations, ensuring smooth running and top-quality guest experiences.
- Promote the bar's unique approach to live fire cooking and premium ambiance.
- Develop an exceptional drinks menu, selecting suppliers and ingredients to ensure the finest experience for guests.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Luxury Hospitality and Proven track record managing high-end bars or dining establishments in London.
- Passion for the Bar Scene and innovative bar concepts and a keen eye for design.
- Leadership and Financial Skills to drive success and profitability.
- Be Well-Connected and have A solid network in London's luxury hospitality sector.
