Job description

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a permanent contract on behalf of our client in Basildon.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Identity and pursue new business opportunities in large format printing
• Build strong relationship with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Work closely with the production and design teams , collaborate with marketing department

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in the Large Format Printing & Design industry or relevant fields.
• A strong understanding of project management, materials and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while effectively managing multiple projects.

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm
