Job description
Venn Group is currently working with a contractor in the Leeds area who are recruiting for a Site Manager on a 6 month temporary ongoing contract.
The duties will include:
- Planned works of refurbishments on shared residential accommodation including a re-roofing programme
- Manage 12 operatives from in-house staff & contractors
- Liaise with customers, clients and other team members to ensure all communications are effective
- Carry out pre and post inspections on works completed on sites as well as risk assessments
- Carry out inductions and tool box talks
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Driving Licence
- SMSTS
- 1 st Aid at work
