We are looking for a CRM Strategic Analyst to join our team on a permanent term, full time basis, working 36 hours per week.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced CRM analyst. The role is a new position working as an integral part of the small yet dynamic Data & Insight team of 12 people. Working across a multitude of diverse consumer and business data, on a broad range of concurrent marketing campaigns and projects with like-minded, data driven people. Our activity is fast paced, and each day brings new and rewarding challenges in unravelling the underlying story in our rich data.

What's more, as part of our charity bringing history to life, you'll be supported and encouraged to share your ideas, inspire others and make a difference to the way England's rich past is experienced.

As our CRM Strategic Analyst, you will drive supporter engagement through optimising Supporter Journeys and campaign performance.

You will be knowledgeable in the use of customer data for targeting and personalisation and be familiar with a range of approaches such as propensity modelling and segmentation. You will be a problem solver with a strong interest in communicating the true meaning from data through analytics and data visualisation.

To be considered as a CRM Strategic Analyst, you will need:

-Experience in working with CRM systems to optimise customer journeys through a robust test and learn programme.

-Experience in using CRM data to draw insights on customer behaviour and support data-driven decision-making

-Experience in communicating data insights through data visualisation and reporting

-To have used large databases, particularly supporter and transactional databases

-To have experience in using analytical software such as Python, R, SAS or SPSS
