Key duties:
Meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms and providing refreshments
Supporting the finance team with processing invoices and expenses

1+ years experience in an administration / team assistant role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
