This is a unique opportunity to join a leading marketing agency and take a leading role within the digital team.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a marketing and creative agency for the gaming industry, based in Surrey. 

THE ROLE

As Lead Digital Graphic Designer, you will work alongside the Creative Director to create industry-leading digital content.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce unique and bespoke material for a wide range of projects and clients. 
• Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously to the highest standards. 
• Utilise keen file structure skills to manage projects from start to delivery, including versioning, localisation and rendering out. 
• Work alongside the video team, creating video assets for them to work within the trailers and videos being produced. 
• Process briefs and requirements from the management team and clients, adding value to every project worked on. 
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and achievements to drive new and innovative ways of working. 
• Take responsibility for quality control of all media and materials. 

THE PERSON 

As an exceptional Graphic Designer, you will need several years of agency experience under your belt, ideally in digital-based design. 

You must have the ability to lead a project and have a strong, self-motivated approach to design, with exceptional client communication skills and organisation. 

It is important that you demonstrate a strong, professional, and unique portfolio of work showcasing a wide range of projects. You will also need exceptional knowledge of the leading visual effects programs including Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Illustrator.

Lastly, a keen interest in the world of gaming would be highly beneficial.
