Job description
Walton Hall Academy are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, and skilled Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join and become apart of our outstanding School. As a Teaching Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the Teacher in the classroom to help deliver high quality learning to our pupils.
WALTON HALL ACADEMY is located just outside of Eccleshall, Staffordshire, in a rural setting with extensive grounds and amazing facilities. We are a generic special school catering for the needs of secondary aged students up to the age of 19. We support a diverse cohort of students with a range of SEND. Our students are referred to us from Staffordshire and neighbouring Local Authorities.

Our Special settings cater for children and young people with a wide range of Special Educational Needs from children with profound medical needs and life limiting conditions, those with severe, moderate and sensory needs through to young people with social emotional and mental health needs that require support and understanding to help them to navigate their world.
All the pupils within our Special Schools have an individualised education and are educated in small classes and groups with enhanced support to ensure that all of their needs are met. Working hours: 32.5, Term Time only, 38 Weeks Plus 5 INSET days
