Main Responsibilities of a Psychology Graduate:
* Work one-on-one with students to assess their social and emotional needs, offering guidance and interventions to help them overcome challenges and thrive.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement strategies for addressing students' behavioral and emotional needs.
* Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify areas of concern and develop appropriate intervention plans.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and interventions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Requirements needed to become a Psychology Graduate:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathy and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a school team.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
