Job description

Simply Foam Products Ltd T/A eFoam are the largest online foam converters in the UK and are looking for a full-time permanent administrative assistant to assist in everyday office tasks.

Duties for this role include:

Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email, data inputting, quoting customers from the website, taking orders verbally or via email, along with other general office duties such as filing, creating labels & delivery notes for dispatching orders etc.

Trustworthy and reliable
Excellent time management
Enthusiastic and friendly
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multitask
Good attention to detail
Highly organised
Be able to work independently using own initiative, as well as in a team
Experience in the use of eBay, Amazon & Social Media is preferred but not essential.

This is a full-time, permanent role from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
