Join Our Team as National Field Manager
Are you ready to lead and inspire? As the National Field Manager for our Tactical Clients, you'll be at the forefront of managing a team of Regional Sales Managers, steering them towards exceeding distribution targets in the convenience market. Your role is pivotal in driving the success of Tactical Clients' amazing product portfolios.

- Proven National Field Management
- Demonstrated supportive
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Presentation and influencing skills
Highly Desired Experience :
- Previous convenience experience
- Commercial experience in B2B or B2C
Roles and responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to execute Tactical Clients' convenience
- Lead, manage, and inspire the regional field management team
- Work closely with the Account Manager to innovate and motivate the national team
- Resource management through recruitment, retention, coaching, and development
- Drive continuous improvements and overcome challenges
