This mixed practice is located in Fareham, Hampshire.

Day rates:
• £350 fixed for 6-hour shift to deliver 22 UDAs
• £400 fixed for a 7-hour shift to deliver 25 UDAs
• £500 fixed for an 8-hour shift to deliver 30 UDAs
• Locums will be paid for any over-performed UDAs at £16.00 per UDA rate
Fully equipped with Digital Xrays in place and Rotary Endo on site as well as a Hygienist.
Full supportive team on hand, working alongside qualified nurses.

All candidates must be fully qualified and GDC registered with an active performer number and UK experience
