Job description
We are looking for a virtual assistant for an excellent bookkeeping / financial background to work 1-2 days per week.
You must be able to work between 9am - 5pm UK time. We can fix set times to manage work and grow from there.
The role will include;
* Daily administration and routine tasks
* Bookkeeping using sage 50, xero and QuickBooks
* VAT returns
* Accounting knowledge and support for wider team
* Call Handling using Zoom
* Using Microsoft 365
* Banking knowledge
* Creating invoices
* Hubdoc and Dext Management
You must be the following;
* Pro-active
* Have excellent written English
* Have excellent spoken English
* Have a strong internet connection
* Reliable and committed
