Job description
Co-op Academy Southfield is looking for a suitably experienced colleague, with the right blend of experience and skills to work collaboratively and cooperatively with the whole academy community, and wider trust, to achieve nothing less than excellence for the inspirational children and young people who attend. We need someone who sets the bar high, and can inspire others to reach it.
You’ll find this job rewarding as you will help make a difference to the lives of young people with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.
In this role you’ll
● be responsible for leading Co-op Academy Southfield;
● provide highly effective leadership and management, in order to enable the school to give every pupil the best care and the highest quality education and standards of achievement both on a day-to-day basis and over the longer term.
You’ll have:
● Experience of leading at a senior level, in a special school or academy setting;
● Experience of leading in an academy as part of a MAT;
● Relevant qualifications.
