Job description

Then we’d love you to join us at TUI (Crystal Ski, Lakes & Mountains) where we’re committed to putting customer insights at the centre of everything we do. Reporting directly to the CX & Insights Lead, you’ll be part of the Marketing team responsible for understanding the customer booking behaviour and experience across the customer journey.

You’ll support with the capturing, maintaining and analysis of multiple data sources, to help the business drive its customer experience strategy, ensure stakeholders from around the business are equipped with the right insights to make informed decisions and enable CRM and Digital Marketing campaigns.This is an ideal opportunity for someone already working with big sets of data looking for their next challenge

The role is based in Surbiton, however at TUI we believe work is something you do not somewhere you go. The successful candidate would be happy to visit our office once a week to collaborate with colleagues. The closing date for applications is Friday 23rd February.
