Job description

We’re working with a long established, national panel management firm known for their innovative approach to technology, commitment to staff welfare and secure, diverse workload (lender & private).

With an easing of rates in sight and increasingly competitive products offered by a wider range of lenders, survey volumes have increased to the point where an additional Residential Surveyor is now required as follows:

• AssocRICS /MRICS / FRICS and VRS
• Covering a BH postcode patch centred on Bournemouth (and a tight radius thereof)
• Undertaking Mortgage Valuations & Homebuyer Reports (main lender and private client)
• Track record in patch / strong local knowledge.
• Stable career history
• Full time and part time employment considered, as well as reduced points per day if desired

The successful Residential Surveyor can expect a basic salary up to £55k, generous car allowance (plus the option for a premium EV, saving £100s pcm in BIK), Private Healthcare (Family Cover), Pension and a range of additional benefits.
