Job Description

As a commercial Solicitor you will be expected to advise on a broad range of matters including commercial contracts, public procurement advice, IT supply and support agreements, intellectual property, data protection and corporate support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Solicitor should have:

• A Practising Certificate in England & Wales (UK qualified Solicitor)
• Proven expertise in commercial law
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
