Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and compassionate individual to lead as Head of Year, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for students, regardless of subject expertise.
The main job duties include:
Promoting and role modeling excellence in teaching and learning.
Providing highIy visible leadership on a day-to-day basis including before and after school duties.
Monitoring student progress and intervene early with students who are underachieving.
As a successful candidate, you will:
Demonstrate a commitment to incIusion.
Have a high expectations of pupil behaviour and achievement.
Be able to deploy teaching and Iearning strategies appropriately to suit the needs of pupils of differing ability.
