Agency A&E Nurses Required in Glasgow
Our Glasgow-based client is seeking multiple Agency A&E Nurses with excellent clinical skills and experience to work in an established environment.
As an A&E Nurse, you will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform a range of duties, including responding to emergency calls, providing direct customer care and administering medical treatments. You will also need to be a team player, able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff.
The Role and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care available to patients within A&E.
- Create, manage, and review patient care plans
- Provide support to other staff members.
- Maintain patient records.
- Communicate with patients, families, and other members of the health care team.
- Observe, evaluate, document, and report patient status.
- Follow established protocols for A&E care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registered A&E nurse with minimum of 2-years experience.
- Knowledge of A&E protocols.
- Strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Registered NMC pin with no restrictions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
