Working with cutting-edge technology, this role will give you the opportunity to play a crucial part in shaping future projects within the R&D team. This global company designs and manufactures high-tech products and is restructuring the business, allowing you to bring new ideas to the team. As a Project Manager, you will manage the entire lifecycle of projects from concept to delivery in a team where you can be heard and mould the role around you. If you have experience with NPI, it would be ideal but not essential. This role will fall under the Research and Development department, where you will experience the core area of innovation and creativity. In addition, you will work closely with the Product Development Manager and other high-skilled engineers. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in engineering, working with high-tech products in a lean manufacturing environment. This role is flexible on experience as multiple vacancies are available, allowing candidates from a Project Engineer level to a Project Manager with relevant industry experience to take on this new adventure. Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent qualification.
At least three years of experience in project management.
