Job description
Essential Criteria:
- Accreditation with BACP
- Diploma in Counselling
- Previous IAPT experience
- IAPT recognised qualification such as Counselling for Depression
Pertemps Psychological Therapies are urgently looking to speak with a BACP Accredited Counsellor to support a renowned IAPT service based in North East of England on a locum basis.
The role will predominantly be supporting in delivery of a Counselling service to clients referred by GPs and other agencies meeting the criteria for the IAPT service, working with patients presenting with mild to moderate mental health difficulties relating to anxiety or depression.
Applicants must be able to work full time ONSITE/FACE TO FACE.
This role offers an immediate start subject to compliance status. The duration of this post is 3 months with a view to extend.

- DBS check
- Occupational Health Clearance (proof of immunity to Hep B, Measles and Rubella)
- Right to work – Passport/Visa
- Mandatory Training
- Qualification Certificates
