Cromwell Community College is a good school which aspires to be an outstanding school. We look to our Music department to be a driving force towards this aspiration.

We are looking to appoint an inspirational music teacher to join our successful team at Cromwell Community College.  The music team have been especially successful in recent years, and boast a broad curriculum that delivers GCSE Music, GCSE Music Technology and A level Music in a number of specialists, well-resourced classrooms. We are also introducing a performing arts qualification in September with a Music element. In 2019 we were successful in bidding for a Wolfson Foundation grant to build a specialist Music Technology suite with the latest technology. We also have a number of practice rooms on site and a recently refurbished auditorium for performances.

We are a popular, growing and successful school.  Music at Cromwell is popular with pupils at both GCSE and A-Level, and is striving to become outstanding.  Pupils enjoy their lessons and staff are hardworking, enthusiastic and committed. We are committed to enriching the music curriculum for our pupils, via excellent links with local Music hubs and primary schools including our own primary phase pupils.  Cromwell Community College is an all-through school with the addition of our primary provision which presents exciting opportunities to work across phase.
