Job Title: Head of Reward
Salary: between GBP75–82K
Location: Birmingham / hybrid
JGA is partnered with a well–known organization based in central Birmingham to source a Head of Reward.
This is a brand new role, reporting directly to the People Director and working on Reward strategies. Ideally seeking an individual with very good pension knowledge.
Responsibilities: - Developing a clear reward strategy focusing on retention of the workforce.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Acting as the Pensions SME, developing a strategy for Pensions.
- Leading the Payroll Services team – there is a Payroll Manager who takes care of BAU.
Skills required: - A proven experience as a Head of Reward or Reward Manager.
- Good understanding of Pensions and ideally Payroll.
- Able to structure a comprehensive reward strategy and be 'hands–on' in a brand–new Reward role.
- Excellent communication skills.
