We’re currently looking for an Engineer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an Engineer, you will deliver maintenance services to our Haverfordwest creamery.

Supporting the efficient running of creamery equipment, you will carry out essential planned and unplanned maintenance on all mechanical, electrical and automation equipment and instrumentation.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will support all projects through to completion, identify best-value solutions and ensure that your work meets all statutory requirements.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide effective and safe isolations for steam, hydraulic and electrical plant
- Fault-find and undertake repairs

About You

To be considered as an Engineer, you will need:

- Planned preventative maintenance experience
- The ability to input data into an IFS system
- The ability to work with SOPs and risk assessments
- Excellent fault-finding skills and attention to detail
- Formal qualifications in mechanical, electrical, electronic or instrumentation and a recognised apprenticeship

Experience in a similar role, preferably in the dairy or food manufacturing hygienic sector, would be beneficial to your application.
