HR & Payroll Coordinator - VR/28751
Status: Temp/Contract

Join a leading independent education provider as an HR & Payroll Coordinator initially on a temporary basis with the possibility of going permanent. This role is reporting into the HR Manager and will be supporting the HR function by carrying out transactional and administrative tasks.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Recruitment administration and production of recruitment metrics.
- Absence recording and production of absence metrics.
- Onboarding administration, including issuing induction and probationary period documentation.
- HR data management tasks such as updating of HR documents, employment contract and variation audits and data management of HR files held on Google Drive.
- Acting as the central point of contact for payroll data management, processes and related queries within the college.
- Collating payroll data from multiple sources for upload to the outsourced payroll provider.
- Maintaining accurate data records of new starters, leavers and staff changes for each month.
- Accurate and timely input of staff data into iSams HR manager module.
- Collecting, reconciling information on all financial data e.g. pay, grade, working arrangements for all staff.
Applicants to this role require
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience of preparing payroll instructions (desirable)
- Highly numerate and IT literate.
- Excellent attention to detail.
