Our AMAZING client, is currently on the lookout for a personable and friendly Finance Manager to join their thriving team in Worcester.

As they bring their finance function in-house, this newly created role promises an all-encompassing finance experience initially, with future prospects of building and leading a team as the company continues to flourish.

Duties/Responsibilities Include:

• Raising purchase invoices and reconciling supplier ledgers


• Efficient allocation of payments and receipts from the bank


• Bank reconciliation and aged debt reports


• Proactive credit control, including debtor chasing when required


• Collaboration with account managers and ad hoc replies to queries from the Far East regarding expenses


• Monthly processing of expense claims, ensuring all paperwork is accurately gathered and processed


• Month-end responsibilities, including payroll or payroll journals as necessary


• VAT Reporting

Key Details:

• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm, with a 4 pm finish on Fridays


• Location: Worcester


• Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays (with 3/4 days banked for Christmas shutdown)
