Electrician, Middlesbrough, Salary £33,000 to £37,000 per annum, On Target Earnings up to £47,000 with Unlimited Overtime! Company Vehicle Package Included!

Electrician required to join a leading FM company covering planned and reactive maintenance contracts across the Northeast and North Yorkshire areas. The successful Electrician will hold previous experience working within the facilities management or building services industry seeking a long-term permanent position.

Key responsibilities of the Electrician:

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in various commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM’s) to keep assets onsite in good condition.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical systems, ensuring adherence to the highest health and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.

Requirements of the Electrician:

• Prior experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
• A full UK driving license.
