Remuneration: Circa £100,000+

Description:

Part-time Performer Dentist required for 3-4 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a busy, mixed, well-established, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Basingstoke, Hampshire. 
•             £12 - £14 per UDA depending on experience and skillset 
•             GOOD PRIVATE INCOME - approx £3K-£4K gross per month
•             5000 UDAs available
•             50% - 50% split on Private & Labs
•             Recently refurbished practice
•             Fully computerised surgeries - 3 surgery practice
•             Digital x-rays, intra-oral Scanner, Rotary Endo,
•             Principal works at the practice
•             Full, longstanding support team including a hygienist
•             Free parking
•             Available now, start date negotiable
•             Experience of providing short term orthodontics would be advantageous
•             10 minutes from Basingstoke, 25 minutes from Winchester and 30 minutes from Farnborough
•             Available immediately, start date negotiable

- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
