OUTREACH TEACHER | REDBRIDGE | ASAP START - £160 - £180 per day
Outreach Teacher for young people with SEN/D and/or behavioural needs.
Remedy Education are currently looking for Outreach Teachers to join our organisation to support vulnerable young people across a range of East London Boroughs. Outreach Teachers should have experience in delivering English and/or maths tuition to vulnerable young people with an EHCP, with complex SEMH needs. Hourly rate depends on experience (QTS and in school experience).
Our outreach service runs through term times and during school hours. Candidates should hold a driver's licence so they are able to drive to and from locations where they will deliver their teaching.
Most Teaching is completed on a 1-1 basis, although there will be times whereby small group work is required. Most teaching is delivered in libraries; however, we also work in the homes of young people and at times, within school settings.
