Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Programmer to play a key role in our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications. The CNC Setter/Programmer will work closely with the production team to ensure the efficient and accurate production of components.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand specifications and tolerances.
• Write and optimize CNC programs using CAM software.
• Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.
• Document and maintain accurate records of CNC programs, tooling setups, and production runs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and CAM software.
• Ability to set up and operate CNC machines independently.
• Familiarity with a variety of materials, tooling, and machining processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
