Our client is a local charity which works to enable people with learning disabilities to achieve their full potential. The organisation invites you to join their team of professionals providing an excellent service to clients all over the city.

They have a vacancy for a full or 2 part-time PURE Employment Support Workers Full-time for 36.5 hours per week and Part-time for 18 hours per week.

PURE Employment Support Workers
Location: Various locations in Birmingham and surrounding area (based at Head Office in Ladywood)
Salary: £23,781 p.a. full-time (pro rata for part-time)
Benefits: Generous pension contribution and travel costs. Extensive training provided. You will support people with learning disabilities/autism to increase their confidence and skills to be able to move towards and secure paid work, accessing relevant training and education opportunities as part of the journey.  You will have experience and understanding of support, learning disabilities/autism, learning and skills development, safeguarding, applying for welfare benefits, risk and needs assessments, key working, and the employment market. Closing date 12.00 noon on Monday 25th March 2024
