Job description
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Working alongside the Planning & Analysis Manager, you will develop the site operational schedule to ensure customer requirements are planned in the most efficient way.
- You will be responsible for developing the operational schedule and delivering to the production manager(s)
- Provide administrative support to Operations through the release of customer orders
- Ensure the timely distribution and smooth work flow of customer demand into operations
- Work collaboratively with operational stakeholders, identifying & resolving issues, escalating where appropriate
- Effectively communicate any changes to the operational schedule to relevant stakeholders
