Job description
Microsoft Lead Applications Developer is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 2 months rolling contract, to be based in Coventry, West Midlands two days a week and three days a week remote, home working (hybrid working).
Responsibilities & Skills:
- The successful applicant will be an experienced Microsoft Lead Applications Developer
- The Microsoft Lead Applications Developer will be delivering enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft development tools and frameworks
- The Lead Microsoft Applications Developer will be supporting and delivering a number of solutions to customers using the Microsoft stack of Technologies
- As the Lead Microsoft Applications Developer, your role will involve working on well-established system Integration projects delivering critical enterprise solutions to customers.
- This role will also include a level of business analysis responsibilities as the successful Microsoft Lead Applications Developer will work closely with the customer to understand the requirements clearly in order to determine how these impact on existing systems with the ability to scope change both from a technical and cost aspect
- Applications development using C#., Net 6/7/8 and Net Core 3.1 with some .Net Framework
- ASP.Net MVC, nUnit, MoQ, Fluent Assertions, NServisBus and SonarCloud
- Cloud technologies such as Azure PaaS (App Services, APIs, Azure Functions, CosmosDB)
- Should be proficient in Azure DevOps - CI/CD Pipelines and Git for code repositories
- Knowledge Azure SQL Server
- Must be able to work 2 days a week on-site in Coventry.
- Knowledge and experience in TDD.
- Excellent client facing experience
