With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. Job Advert Location Description The Lawrence offers support for adults with a range of learning disabilities. We aim to provide a safe and homely environment, where all individuals can make their own choices about the support they receive. We focus on providing support that maximises each individual's potential, with regards to physical, intellectual, emotional and social capacity. Job Advert Role Description Bank Support Worker As a Bank Support Worker you will be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our residents. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting service users in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital; experience however is not essential, providing you have a willingness to learn and the compassion and patience needed to support.
