Job description
We are looking for a sharp middle-weight design creative with a keen eye for detail, who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team (small but beautifully formed) based in the beautiful market town of Olney, who enjoys a ‘can do’ approach, and a passion for both creativity and quality.
They need to be a self-starter and ideally have a minimum of 4 years’ experience either working agency side or in-house on integrated campaigns. In this role, there is a need for consistency but at the same time being able to push the boundaries of what is possible within brand guidelines, whilst juggling the expectations of various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have a good, rounded experience with Adobe CC, with a lean towards digital, in particular video and motion graphics.
As well as design skills, the ideal candidate should have great communication skills and be very organised with the work process and flows.

Salary : £30,000 to £40,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus bonus structure
About the role: Working with authority and professionalism, ensuring the high quality of design work; digital and print.
Developing an agency’s design capability through leadership and inventive concepts, the aim is to deliver exceptional integrated campaigns. A deep understanding of graphic design, typography and digital standards is essential.
