Job description

New Contract role: Project Manager or Site agent who has run Public Realm Schemes from GBP3 million plus.

Rate outside IR35 – paying from GBP350 to GBP425 a for an expcepational candidate.

Starts – 18th of March – duration 12 months

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

• Experience running Public Realm schemes from GBP3 million and above
• Has a Sound Understanding of Safety, producing releavant Rams, for RAMS for Drainage, Earth Works, and High Quality Paving.
• Can manage change thrugh EW. CE process.
• Can control the QA process withing the ITP and ensure continous scheme progress,.
• Have worked on high quality Paving schemes in the past
• Capable of doing CL32 Updates.
• Can Produce andf Run, Short Term Programs
• Can Take off materials, from drawings and obtain relevant material approvals.
